RUNNING A LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS SHOULDN'T FEEL LIKE A CONSTANT UPHILL BATTLE.

IS THIS YOU?

You’ve built something great, but now you’re stuck. Between managing day-to-day operations, navigating post-pandemic hurdles, and trying to find the right staff, there’s no time left to actually lead your company to the next level.

ARE YOU STRUGGLING WITH...

Operational Burnout: "I’m the only person who knows how to run this place, and I’m exhausted."

Financial Fog: "I have revenue, but I don’t have the clear financial reporting or capital I need to expand."

The Local Struggle: Small businesses are the backbone of Jackson, but they are often the last to receive the high-level consulting and grant support they deserve.
