BOOTCAMP: AGS System & Growth Hacks


Lean Rocket Lab has partnered with Agile Growth Shop (AGS) to deliver an intensive, 4 part bootcamp centered around the Agile Growth Machine. AGS proven process, tools and concepts that deliver repeated growth and enterprise sales and marketing strategies. Lean Rocket Lab is making this pilot cohort free for it's startup clients. 

Powered by Agile Growth Shop; participants will learn about and complete the following modules: 

  • 6 components of the Agile Growth Machine

  • AGS Core Concepts (e.g. 6 Marketing Priorities, Budget Flywheel) 

  • AGS Core Tools (e.g. Building a Reporting Dashboard, Budget Planner) 



  • All participants will walk away with deep strategic and tactical understanding of cf critical sales and marketing concepts. 

  • All participants will complete the key sections of the AGS Toolkit


  • 3 Sessions (Each Session will last approximately 3 hours, with minimal work. to be completed between sessions) 

  • Sessions will be accessible both live and virtually 


  • Due to the intensive nature of the bootcamp, the cohort will be limited to 10 participants. 

  • The application for this first cohort closes at midnight on March 31. 

  • Bootcamp sessions will April 24, May 8 and May 22 @ 1p  (Each session will be made available via recording if you are unable to attend a specific session.)


*For Lean Rocket Lab clients and other SmartZone Tech clients located in Michigan, the cohort is targeted for startups with < $1M in annual sales w/ exceptions based on application.
