The Biosciences Research and Commercialization Center Fund provides startup and gap funding
to promising Michigan-based life sciences and medical device ventures entering the
commercialization phase of development. Eligible companies must have a substantial presence or
business link to the State of Michigan. The BRCC is required by legislation to structure any
funding with the potential to achieve a return on its investment. Investments range from $25,000
to $250,000 per deal. The BRCC Fund is managed by Biosciences Research & Commercialization
Center of Western Michigan University.
